We’ve selected the best of local products for you, with a buffet ranging from sweet classics to savory delights: ricotta, mini mozzarella bites, and fresh cheese; sweet and savory baked goods; organic cakes and jams; bread made with organic flour; and seasonal fruits and vegetables! The beverages are also high quality, featuring espresso coffee, fruit juices, and a variety of teas to pair with any food you choose.

In the dessert corner, one thing is simply unmissable: the legendary pasticciotto. A crispy shortcrust pastry shell, sealed the traditional way and filled with wonderfully fragrant custard cream.

For top freshness and flawless service, the Salento breakfast is available as an extra. You can purchase it either when booking or directly on site. Here are all the details:
- Price: a full buffet for €15 per person per day, for a royal start to the day.
- Where: in a prime spot on the terrace by the pool.
- When: every day, from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, to fit in with the schedule of those who like to sleep in a little longer.
