Salento cooking class: learn the art of traditional Apulian cuisine
Get your hands into the dough and discover the origins of the flavours that have made Salento famous around the world, like orecchiette. Our cooking classes are a true immersion in local tradition: you’ll learn the secrets of handmade pasta, the thumb movement used to shape orecchiette, and the perfect pressure needed to make minchiareddhi. But the best part is the atmosphere: people who were complete strangers just half an hour earlier laughing together, helping one another, and taking photos covered in flour.
