We will go here, among these precious trees, to admire the sun and, in collaboration with the Olivami Association, to taste the olive oil made by some of the local producers.

We will discover the secrets of these magnificent plants, their precious fruit and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, synonymous with Italian quality.

All this amid lights, hay bales and a location that alone is worth the trip.

The flavors of the sea and the way of the wind

A very old tradition in Salento is to produce frisa, a traditional "bread" without salt, which has always been eaten with a few simple ingredients.

Fragrant tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, and a little oregano.

What makes it special?

The magic touch will be soaking it in our wonderful sea water, which will give the frisa a heavenly fragrance.

You will be able to buy your own packed breakfast in the morning, head to the beach and soak your frisa before tasting it with a drizzle of olive oil, to kick off your spectacular day in Salento.

We will then provide you with a map of the beaches, so you can choose the best one based on where the wind is blowing that day.
